Mediterranean Diet Menus


So what exactly can you eat on those Mediterranean diet menus? Many places that you check say that it’s not about the amount of calories that you eat during this diet. Though others may not agree with that choice. It is said to be about enjoying the foods and savoring the tastes and flavors that you have in the foods you pick.

Something that is very simple and you have different choices of styles of food that you can make. One such offer gives you a choice to choose from pasta, fish, and lactose free and a vegetarian menu.

So what can you eat on these different choices of menus? For the pasta you can have pasta and mushrooms, and have some fruit for your desert. Plus with that meal you can have lamb chops made with aioli.

Not a bad menu and plenty to eat, portions are not really discussed. While the fish menu gives you plenty of food too. For that more specialized choice of lactose free and vegetarian meal you get still plenty of food to fill you up. You can start with Baba ganoush and some pita bread, followed by a wonderful summer squash made with yogurt and mixed with some saffron rice. Finish off with a wonderful fruit salad.

As you can tell you have plenty of food to eat. Now that is only one menu plan that was discussed you can find many others. It is said to be a very healthy diet though and one that many have lost weight on.
